Chilly Day

Today the weather is cold but at least there’s no snow on the ground. It’s just not fun driving on a snowy and slick road so that is why I am happy that there’s no snow for now. I don’t mind to have snow but I hate the slick road and the coldness outside. Did I complain maybe. Well, that’s the way it goes. But for now, I’m thankful that weather is okay though it’s chilly. Muscles Pain in My First 2 Weeks of Working

It’s over a month now that I am working in the nursing home. I am glad that my muscle is not pain anymore. It’s not like the first 2 weeks in my new job that oh boy! my body is so sore that I can hardly walk after my work. I didn’t worked for over 3 years so pretty much that’s expected that my body is sore. Now it’s much better and I know I will be use to my new job and the muscles pain is gone now:).
It’s really different when you have a job. It’s help a lot for us that I have my own salary. I can help my hubby paying our phone bills and at the same time I can help my family down in the Philippines when they needed help. I am thankful to God for giving me a job. Praise God from whom all blessings flow.

Lil Cold

It’s little cold today but it’s not so bad. I know that at this time cold is okay as long as there’s no snow on the ground yet. It’s not fun to drive on snow so you can not blame me for not liking the snow at this time. I am busy for the past few weeks and I’m glad I have day off! Hope you have a good day!

Thankful, Happy Thanksgiving!

I am happy that tomorrow is Thanksgiving day! I have many things to be thankful to God.

I am thankful for having a family that loves each one.
I am thankful to God for hearing my prayer and gave me a job.
I am thankful to my beloved husband for the support, for the love and for everything. Since he came into my life everyday it has it’s smile and happiness.
I am thankful to God for giving me my thoughtful and supportive mother in law and father in law.
I am thankful for friends.
More….not to mention.

I have a lot of things to be thankful for the life.
Okay guys I have to get a going and prepare for our trip.

New Job

It’s been a while that I didn’t work outside the house and last couple weeks ago I submitted my applications. Fortunately one of the establishment where I submit my application called me and to make the long story short, it’s my 3rd day of working now. The work is just fine for me because I enjoy serving people but when you stop working for many years and start working again. Oh boy! my feet is killing me, I stand from morning to afternoon but I know it will be fine soon. Maybe I’m still adjusting. Well, it’s really a great experience for me working outside the house.

At the Zoo

Hubby promise me to bring me to Omaha Zoo this year. I’m glad he fulfill his promise and he brought me to the zoo today. It’s fun to be there and we wish we have enough time so we can go to all places at the zoo. By overall it’s fun to see the different kinds of animals at the zoo and also fun to be with my husband.
